To ensure that your package arrives in excellent condition we use FedEx as
our shipping carrier.

DURING COOL WEATHER (approximately October 15th to April 30th)
You may select from two shipping options during checkout. FedEx Second Day Ground orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday. FedEx Standard Overnight orders are shipped Monday -Thursday.

DURING WARM WEATHER (approximately May 1st to October 14th)
All orders are shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight, Monday-Thursday. Reusable cold packs are included as necessary at no additonal charge.


ALL ORDERS
To limit time in transit orders are not shipped over the weekend.
We are unable to ship outside the contiguous United States.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
We suggest shipping to a business address when possible.
Shipping rates are charged per address.


FedEx has permission to leave packages at the recipient address whether or not someone is present to accept delivery. At the driver's discretion he/she will either leave the package or a door tag requesting a signature for re-delivery. FedEx will make two additional delivery attempts before they return the package to us.

We will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt or if the package is returned to us by FedEx. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or returned to us if we are provided with an incorrect or undeliverable address. We are not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.
